26/27 SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

A little curiosity. A whole summer of discovery.

What will your child create these holidays?

A rocket ready for launch? A robot on a rescue mission? A wonderfully weird slime creation?

At STEAM Powered Education’s Summer STEM Labs, curious kids become scientists, inventors and problem-solvers through hands-on workshops packed with opportunities to build, experiment and explore.

Little hands. Big ideas. Junior Lab | Ages 6–8 | 9 am–12 pm

Mix up slime, dig into the world of dinosaurs, create a moving toy or discover the wonderfully gross science of the human body. With treasure hunts, robot rescues and rocket launches on the timetable, there’s plenty to spark their imagination.

Bigger challenges. Brilliant discoveries.

Youth Lab | Ages 9–13 | 12:30–3:30 pm

Solve a forensic mystery, explore AI and robotics, build in Minecraft Education or code an arcade game. Young scientists can also investigate anatomy, uncover the maths behind magic and explore whether extinct animals could return.

Each workshop is a stand-alone session, so you can choose the activities that excite your child and fit your holiday plans.

STEM Incursions for Schools/Vacation Care

Books one of our hands-on STEM incursions for schools and vacation care services across Queensland and Northern NSW. Our programs are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and develop future-ready skills through fun, interactive learning experiences.

Students explore science, technology, engineering and maths through activities such as robotics, coding, wearable technology, engineering challenges, chemistry experiments, and creative problem-solving. All sessions are age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned, and can be tailored for mixed-age groups or large cohorts.
